I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to design a new takeaway sushi menu for renowned Japanese restaurant Ithaca. Based on Deansgate in Manchester, Ithaca offer an exclusive dining experience that can now be enjoyed in takeaway form.
Printed in 5 colours on a heavyweight uncoated board, the final product is a fantastic piece.
